About

Turning AI adoption into a controlled process.

Crosstensor turns AI adoption into a controlled process. The platform lets organizations deploy, govern, and evolve their AI usage over time, with full visibility over costs, risks, security, compliance, and CSR impact.

Based at EuraTechnologies, Campus Cyber Lille Hauts-de-France, Crosstensor is part of a technological, economic, and regional dynamic, with the ambition of driving AI adoption that is more useful, more robust, and more accessible.

The problem

AI can't stay a promise.

In many organizations, AI remains an experimental expense, fragmented across tools, subscriptions, and isolated initiatives, with no shared framework or real capacity to steer it. The question is no longer "should we adopt AI," but "how do we adopt it at scale without losing control."

The main obstacle isn't a lack of interest, it's the absence of a clear operational framework. This situation, known as Shadow AI, exposes organizations to unvalidated tools, uncoordinated usage, diffuse overspending, uncontrolled data exposure, and compliance that's hard to sustain.

The answer

An adoption infrastructure, not just access to models.

Crosstensor starts from a simple observation: defining usage rules is one step, enforcing them over time is another. Without a tool built to apply them in practice, those rules often stay theoretical or get bypassed. Crosstensor is that tool: it turns an AI policy into real operational mechanisms. The platform brings together three dimensions usually scattered across several solutions:

Toolbox

Centralized access to AI models, tools, and use cases from a single interface, to equip teams quickly within a structured framework.

Gateway

A unified layer that connects AI models to your information system, data, and existing business tools, limiting the multiplication of one-off integrations.

Guard

A security, traceability, and governance layer that enforces usage rules, manages access, governs data flows, anonymizes sensitive information when needed, and includes protection mechanisms against emerging risks like prompt injection.

This triptych makes Crosstensor a single point of passage between users, applications, agents, company data, and AI providers, with multi-model governance that avoids technology lock-in.

Compliance

Compliance that's built in, not just recommended.

Compliance can't rely solely on internal guidelines or occasional audits. It has to be documented and manageable day to day. Crosstensor supports organizations through this process and takes on part of that operational complexity, so they can focus on their core business.

Security

Security by design.

Security isn't added after the fact: it's part of the architecture, the governance logic, and the deployment model of the platform.

Responsibility

Measuring AI's impact.

AI's environmental impact is still poorly documented today: vague information, inconsistent indicators, almost no tracking. Crosstensor gives organizations a view of the impact of their AI usage, based on market calculation rules, for more responsible governance of their usage. To go further, additional features will be available through Greentensor (page under construction).

Sovereignty

Sovereignty and European requirements.

European organizations face strong requirements around sovereignty, data localization, confidentiality, and compliance. Crosstensor was designed to meet them, giving companies control over usage conditions, data flows, and governance rules, including in sensitive or regulated environments. The criteria that define sovereign AI in business are detailed in a dedicated guide.

The team

A team grounded in operations.

Crosstensor is built on a complementary team, already experienced in data, process optimization, financial management, and sensitive environments like healthcare. This experience brings both a technological and operational reading of adoption challenges, with the budget, regulatory, and IT trade-offs that come with it.

Thibaut Cauliez

Chief Executive Officer

Twenty years in cybersecurity and IT governance. Former CISO, built an IT department spanning more than two hundred and sixty healthcare facilities.

Arthur Vercaemst

Chief Technical Officer

Engineer from Polytech Lille. Distributed, data-intensive architectures, Tech Lead on high-volume sensitive data.

Eliott Tyvaert

Chief Product & Growth Officer

Hybrid product/IT and growth profile. Product Owner on complex multi-site, multi-client, multi-business projects.

Ecosystem

Rooted in the French tech and cyber ecosystem.

EuraTechnologies

Crosstensor is based at EuraTechnologies, one of Europe's largest tech innovation campuses, and benefits from its support programme.

Campus Cyber

A foothold in the French cybersecurity community, consistent with a platform built around data protection.

French Tech Lille

Part of the French Tech network, alongside the region's most innovative companies.

The proof

Together, before Crosstensor.

Born from firsthand experience, not a trend. Thibaut, Eliott, and Arthur met during a large-scale transformation in the veterinary healthcare sector, where they jointly led the security and modernization of the information system for more than 260 facilities across France.

It was in this context, sensitive data, a regulated environment, distributed teams, that they observed the rise of shadow AI: employees adopting consumer AI tools on professional data, with no way for the organization to control the risks.

The conviction became obvious: organizations need an AI governance layer, designed from the ground up, compatible with performance, and deployable without technical debt. That's Crosstensor.

Our mission

Adopting AI at scale, without losing control.

Enabling organizations to adopt AI at scale without losing control: deploying useful usage quickly, governing access and practices, tracking costs and the value created, protecting data, meeting security and compliance requirements, keeping the freedom to choose between models and providers, and moving forward progressively, without breaking from what already exists.

Based at EuraTechnologies, Campus Cyber Lille Hauts-de-France, Crosstensor carries an ambition that goes beyond the product: contributing to the evolution of the regional and national economic fabric, while carrying a European vision of AI adoption, grounded in control, security, and responsibility.

What guides every decision at Crosstensor.

  1. Control before speed. AI adoption must be controlled, not rushed. We build tools that let organizations deploy AI at their own pace, without sacrificing governance for speed.

  2. Transparency by default. Every interaction, every cost, every control decision is visible. No hidden margin on tokens, no black box in security. Trust is built through transparency.

  3. Performance without compromise. Security and governance must never degrade the user experience. Crosstensor is designed to be invisible to the user, powerful for the administrator.

  4. European responsibility. We build in Europe, for Europe. Data sovereignty, GDPR compliance, and AI Act compliance are not constraints, they are competitive advantages.

Frequently asked questions

How long has the team worked together?

The three founders already collaborated on data, process optimization, and financial management projects in the healthcare sector, before founding Crosstensor. That collaboration includes building an IT department for more than two hundred sixty healthcare facilities and deploying a medical imaging product at one of Europe's largest veterinary institutions.

What is the team's legitimacy to build an AI security infrastructure?

The team has already built and operated critical information systems, in sectors where sensitive data and compliance are daily requirements. The product is notably co-designed by a co-founder and former CISO who led security for an information system spanning more than two hundred sixty healthcare facilities.
